Paul was really helpful in helping me find a car I wanted within my price range. The only issue I have had is that the CarPlay is not fully working (unable to connect to it). I was sent to Brindley Kia, but there wasn’t anyone to help there at the time as the service manager was off, but I was assured they will contact me when back. Paul has asked me to keep him informed and reassured me that this will be sorted without costing me money.
My experience at Brindley Hyundai Wolverhampton was cracking because Paul was a brilliant knowledgeable salesman, no amount of questions were too much for him to answer. Didn't feel pressured but he was on hand to answer questions- excellent customer service!
My experience at Brindley Hyundai Wolverhampton was positive because Paul Berry in the sales was fist class he arranged everything to be carried out smoothly from test drive to handover getting ittle dents sorted on doors, the scuffs on alloy wheels he is sorting out and hopefully will be sorted when he comes back into work if theses sorted without any problems, it will be first class service and I will recommend any family and friends to use Hyundai and I will return in the future I change my car again.
